Biological attributes

Phenology Floración
Plant description Terrestrial woody shrub growing to 2 m with an arching habit. Axillary orange flowers and red fruits.
Locality and habit remarks Growing on dry ground in the understory of evergreen rainforest of the Magdalena Valley. Located on the trail heading west along La Mulata creek which begins just north of the La Mulata Cabanas.
