Plant description	Terrestrial herb to 2 m; all leaves ~ 1.5 m long and arise from one base. Petioles are green with sheathing base about 70 cm, lamina is 90 cm. Adaxial leaves surface is dark green while abaxial leaves surface is slight green. Inflorescence is about 20 cm long with white pure yellow spathe.
Locality and habit remarks	The plant located in the evergreen tropical lowland forest, Magdalena Valley Forest on Karst, on the right of river. It grew in a seme-open area, under some big trees. There were 6 same species found in surrounded area. The top of the canopy was about 15 m. Other herbacous plants in surrounding include fern, Piperaceae and other common families.
