Biological attributes

Phenology Floración
Plant description Small shrub 1-2m tall, white tubular tetramerous flowers growing in terminal racemose inflorescence, no scent, fruit in form of small green berries.
Locality and habit remarks Evergreen tropical lowland rainforest in Magdalena Valley, growing alongside other shrubs next to the trail for around a distance of two meters, in soil and leaf litter. Approximately 10 m from access road to Rio Claro Natural Reserve, beside trail along south side of La Mulata stream, north of the La Mulata cabanas.
