Phenology	Floración
Plant description	Herbaceous broadleaf grass up to 40cm. Shoots growing from fibrous root clumps as well as creeping stolons. Green flowers are situated in a terminal position.
Locality and habit remarks	The grass was growing underneath thick canopy cover of evergreen lowland Andean rainforest of the Magdalena Valley. The grass was located directly underneath collection FFG6072. The ground was dry, being several meters above the level of La Mulata creek. Located on the trail heading west along La Mulata creek which begins just north of the La Mulata Cabanas.
